Sony Isn’t Fulfilling the Free Fallout 4 Season Pass Purchases in Europe

Last week, an error on the European PlayStation Store allowed some people to grab the Fallout 4 Season Pass for free. In a new statement today from Sony, they’ve revealed that those purchases won’t be honored:

The Fallout 4 Season Pass was briefly made available erroneously free of charge on PlayStation Store in the SCEE region on Friday 18th March. This was an error and has now been removed.

For consumers who may have tried to purchase the Fallout 4 Season Pass during this time, regretfully, these orders will not be fulfilled.

As for Automatron, the first piece of paid DLC for Fallout 4, it’s available now through the PlayStation Store, weighing in at 1.7GB. If you’re a Season Pass owner, here’s how to install it on PlayStation 4:

  1. From the PS4 menu, navigate to your Library.
  2. Navigate to Fallout 4 and press [X].
  3. From the product page, select Related items.
  4. Select My add-ons.
  5. Select the Automatron add-on download icon on the left to begin the download.

Note: You can also instruct your console to manually download Automatron from the PlayStation Store itself.

Will you be playing Automatron today? Are you excited for Wasteland Workshop and Far Harbor in April and May?
