In the third episode of Santa Monica Studio Creatives, the documentary series spotlighting four key members of the development team, Lead Technical Artist Richard Greenspan takes center stage to discuss his journey into Sony’s first-party studio.
Entitled Connecting the Craft, Greenspan — known internally as the Technical Mediator — is very much considered the connective tissue within Santa Monica, tying together creative ideas across the team.

Growing up in communist Russia, Richard Greenspan understood adversity and life challenges at a very early age as his family risked everything moving to the US. This is his story and what it means to Santa Monica Studio.
