When Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 was revealed earlier this week, the Japanese trailer for the game only listed PlayStation 4 as the release platform whereas the international trailer listed Xbox One and PC alongside PS4. Bandai Namco has now officially confirmed that the game will remain a PS4 exclusive in Japan. A statement provided to Kotaku reads:
The game will be a PlayStation 4 exclusive in Japan. It will be available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC in North America and Europe.
In case you’ve missed it, the developer said that Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 “builds upon the highly popular Dragon Ball Xenoverse with enhanced graphics that will further immerse players into the largest and most detailed Dragon Ball world ever developed.”
More information about the title will be available during E3 2016 and we’ll update our readers when we have more to share.
What do you think of the game’s PS4 exclusivity in Japan?
