The definitive edition of Malicious, previously released for PlayStation 3 (and re-released on PlayStation Vita as Malicious Rebirth), Malicious Fallen for PlayStation 4 is coming West, Alvion and publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment revealed today in the English trailer. Sony also handled Western publishing duties on the previous Malicious titles.

All chapters of the fast-paced, boss-battle action series Malicious are coming to the PS4 as a digital download exclusive!
A brand new chapter “Demise” and other new gameplay elements have been added! The previous “Slayer” and “Rebirth” chapters are also included.
This is the all-inclusive, definitive edition of Malicious!
The announcement trailer’s description adds, “Malicious Fallen is an action game in which the player inhabits a Spirit Vessel and controls the Mantle of Cinders in order to defeat the Malicious, the bringer of disaster to the world. The definitive edition, remastered for the PS4, includes new levels, bosses, moves, and abilities!”
Malicious Fallen launches in Japan in early spring 2017. The Western release is listed as “coming soon.”
