Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen Heads to PS4 & Xbox One in Fall 2017

Continuing their string of re-releases on current generation consoles, Capcom has announced that Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in fall 2017.

An enhanced version of the action-RPG Dragon’s Dogma, here’s what Capcom had to say about Dark Arisen today:

Featuring a variety of unique classes, a robust system of AI-controlled companions called Pawns and intense real-time combat from the designers behind the Devil May Cry series, this epic masterwork took our hearts by surprise and quickly became a fan-favorite.

So, if you missed the original releases on PS3 and X360, or the PC version from early 2016, this is the perfect chance to journey on to the fantastical world of Gransys in search of the dragon who very literally plucks your heart from your chest and flies away.

This week marks the 5th anniversary of Dragon’s Dogma.

Capcom didn’t reveal how much Dark Arisen on PS4 and Xbox One would cost, or what enhancements were made for the new consoles. Expect more details on the Dark Arisen re-release in the coming months.
