Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced that Troy Baker is returning as Talion in Middle-earth: Shadow of War, and will also be debuting as Performance Capture Director for the game.
In a press release, the publisher said that Baker’s extended role will involve him using his experience to ensure that “each performance fits cohesively within the original narrative” of Shadow of War.
This news comes a week after Monolith announced a delay in release. The studio said that it needs extra time to deliver the highest quality experience. “We understand that it might be disappointing to have to wait a little longer for the release and are sorry for the delay, but we are working hard to make an amazing game,” said the developer.
Middle-earth: Shadow of War is now launching worldwide on October 10 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The game will make an appearance at E3 2017 so stay tuned.
