Gintama Rumble’s Second TV Spot is Frantic

Bandai Namco has a second Japanese TV spot for Gintama Rumble, which is releasing January 18, 2018 in Japan on PlayStation 4 and Vita. It’s only 15 seconds long, but it’s pretty action packed and gives you a quick taste of a number of the characters in the game. Gintama Rumble is not currently slated for a Western localization.

Give the TV spot a watch, thanks to Gematsu:

While Bandai Namco has not announced a North American or European version of Gintama Rumble, but there is a Southeast Asian version that’s expected to come out. This version will be in English, and the PlayStation 4 and Vita are both region free, so if you can’t wait you can import it! Here’s a bit more about this version:

Gintama Rumble is a samurai rumble action game that plays much like a Dynasty Warriors or Samurai Warriors game. Players will get to control popular Gintama characters like Gintoki, Shinpachi, Kagura, Kotaro, and Shinsuke as they beat up a lot of enemies in the eight chapters of the Gintama Chronicle story.

Players in the English version will also get to hear Scramble, the theme song specifically made for Gintama Rumble by SPYAIR, as well as the day-one bonus of a DLC code to unlock Neo Armstrong Cyclone Jet Armstrong Cannon as assist attack. However, it will be missing out on the drama CD preorder bonus, and also the limited AV (Anime sound & Voice) edition with more theme songs from the Gintama anime as exclusive BGMs, which will be exclusive to the Japanese version. Gintama Rumble is also going to be released for PlayStation Vita, but it will be available only in Japan.

Gintama Rumble will release on PlayStation 4 and Vita January 18, 2018.
