The Last of Us Part 1 Remake’s New Character Model for Tess Looks Amazing

Naughty Dog unveiled The Last of Us 1 remake Tess character model upgrade, which looks incredibly lifelike. In fact, the very brief clip that Naughty Dog shared on Twitter might as well be a snippet from a live-action film. Unlike the original release from 2013, the PS5 and PC remake is very closely based on her model and actress Annie Wersching.

The Last of Us Part 1 PS5/PC version is a complete remake

Naughty Dog has said that The Last of Us Part 1 PC and PS5 release is a “complete remake” of the original. It comes with modernized gameplay, improved controls, and a number of accessibility options. The remake will also utilize 3D audio, haptics, and adaptive triggers, among other PS5 hardware features. “Both returning fans and new players alike will have the opportunity to experience both The Last of Us Part I and its prequel story Left Behind in a whole new way,” Naughty Dog promised.

Ever since its official confirmation, The Last of Us Part 1 remake has divided series’ fans. Many are of the view that it doesn’t make sense for Sony to invest time and resources into releasing the game yet again, while others believe that it’s a perfect way to introduce the series to a new audience ahead of the HBO series’ launch. Regardless of what the community thinks, The Last of Us Part 1 remake is already off to a good start, considering its expensive Firefly Edition was sold out in no time!

In other news, God of War Ragnarok’s release date mystery continues with Cory Barlog chiming in, and it turns out, Resident Evil 7 PS5 upgrade is not available for PS Plus Collection owners.
