Seeing a 7% unit sell-through drop compared to FIFA 15, but just a 4% revenue drop thanks to new-gen sales and special editions, FIFA 16 opened at #1 last week. While the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of FIFA 15 accounted for 45% of week 1 sales, just 19% of FIFA 16’s sales were on last-gen consoles.
As for some other new releases, Skylanders SuperChargers debuted in 4th (three places higher than Trap Team) and generated £1 million when you add in game sales + accessory sales, while Blood Bowl 2 began its run in 15th.
