2026’s best new PS5, PS5 Pro game thus far has announced additional content following stellar critic and player reception. Capcom‘s Resident Evil Requiem has already wooed us all over, but the developer isn’t letting up and is giving players more reasons to play in the following months as the game surpasses five million copies sold.

Resident Evil Requiem’s additional content will be both free and paid. First things first, players will be getting the much-needed Photo Mode. Then, around May, Capcom promises a “surprise” mini game, the details of which are currently being kept under wraps.
Last but not least, there will be extra story content in form of paid DLC.
“We hope to continue providing support on Resident Evil Requiem to live up to its positive reception,” director Koshi Nakanishi said in a video message on X.
As far as the story content is concerned, Nakanishi said that Capcom will “delve deeper into the world of Requiem.” “We’re hard at work on it now. It will take some time, so we ask for your patience and hope you’ll look forward to it. Thank you again for all your support,” he added.
Sounds like the story DLC is still a ways off.
