More than a month after losing its director and reportedly having its script go back in development, the Uncharted movie was given a new release date of June 30, 2017 by Sony Pictures today.
The film was previously scheduled for June 10, 2016 and still doesn’t have a lead attached to play Nathan Drake.
In other video game movie news, Resident Evil 6 is scheduled for January 27, 2017.
As for a couple other movies based on PlayStation games, the Ratchet & Clank movie will be released on April 29, 2016 in the United States, while The Last of Us movie finished its second draft back in January.
