The season finale of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, Episode 5: From the Gallows is releasing on May 30, Telltale Games announced today. Specific platforms weren’t mentioned, but it will likely be available on May 30 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC/Steam, with the mobile release at the end of that week.
A trailer for Episode 5 will arrive next week.

Those with the Season Pass Disc will have to download an update once Episode 5 is available to be able to play it.
