Note: This is only unlocked after finishing both Placebo and Match Maker storylines.
You will have to replay this short chapter nearly 100 times (yes, seriously) and choose different choices each time. Thankfully the game remembers what choices you’ve made. The game says something about deleting the player’s save data, but it never actually did so for me. That said, I recommend uploading your save data to the cloud just to be sure.

There you have it. After going through that very repetitive process you should have the Final Message and 25th Ward Model Resident trophy, which is the Platinum. If the latter doesn’t pop, you’re missing the People’s Marathon trophy, which is given out for walking 2.5 km on the chapter select screen. Just do that, and then you’ll have put The 25th Ward to rest!
