Looks like Capcom will be releasing some old PS1 titles. According to Christian Svensson, Capcom sent in the PS1 titles for certification, though they don’t know when they’ll be released:
“The first PS1 titles for PSN were submitted last week… when I have some dates for them, we’ll let you know what and when is going to happen. :)”
The announcement came only one week after the NA release of Resident Evil 5. Releasing the old Resident Evil titles on PSN would be a smart move by both Capcom and Sony, especially with the recent release of the newest game in the series, Resident Evil 5.
