It shouldn’t be much longer until the highly anticipated PixelJunk Shooter 2 releases on the PlayStation Network, and it looks to have beefed up its gameplay since we last got our hands on the first one. This month’s issue of PlayStation: The Official Magazine has a preview up for the game and in it they talk about two modes that will be available when you take your game online.
The first of these two modes in versus which is of course head to head battles over the network with full voice support. The second feature will be Ghost Mode, which will also be featured in PixelJunk Racers 2nd Lap. In this mode you can download ghost data from anyone online and try and best their time. Both of these new features should greatly enhance the already high value in the upcoming game.
