Love ’em or hate ’em, trophies have gone on to play a significant role in the PlayStation online culture. With full-scale retail games offering the coveted Platinum Trophy for completing everything the game has to offer, there is a lot of incentive for gamers to go back and explore every nook and cranny of their favorite games.
Sony has tallied up to totals and come up with a list of the top 10 most “platinum’d” games for the PlayStation 3. You can check out the list below. Some may even surprise you.

- Modern Warfare 2
- Uncharted 2: Among Thieves
- God of War 3
- Resident Evil 5
- inFamous
- Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune
- God of War (GoW HD Collection)
- Borderlands
- Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus (The Sly Collection)
You’ll noticed that the majority of these games are a bit older, which indicates that it takes gamers a little while to really crank out that 100%. Sony’s Jeff Rubenstein expects blockbusters like Skyrim, Jak & Daxter and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception to crack this list in due time.
