  • The viral marketing for inFamous: Second Son has gone even further than yesterday’s phone number, with a brochure on the BioFrame Diagnostics website possibly teasing what may be new powers for Delsin in Second Son, beyond the known Smoke and Neon: “Thus far, Electrical, Wire, Glass, Paper, Shadow, and Magnetic Conduit Proteins have been uncovered, barely scratching the surface of the many classifications of known Conduit types.” We only have to wait a couple weeks before finding out exactly what Delsin’s other powers will be.   • As some of you may have noticed already, the price of inFamous: Second Son was raised to $69.99 on the Canadian PlayStation Store recently. This brings it in line with what most retailers are offering it for in stores. [Via, Source]
  • I’m thinking they jumped the gun on this, but the Metal Gear Solid Facebook Page revealed that pre-orders of the PS3 version of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will be met with a free copy of Peace Walker HD (judging by the box art shown, this offer is Europe only). Problem is, the game isn’t available to pre-order on the PlayStation Store yet! Once we get more information about this deal, we’ll let you know. [Via, Source]
  • We’re still going to have to wait for details, but 4J Studios did say, “We’re working with Sony & Mojang to bring texture packs and skin packs to [Minecraft: PS3 Edition].” [Twitter]
  • JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle has been given a North American release date of April 29th on the PS3 (Europe gets it on April 25th). Available as a digital download through the PlayStation Store and limited retail release at Amazon or ClubNamco in the US and Canada, you can pre-order the physical version to get a free DLC character.   • When Child of Light releases on April 29th/30th, it will be 1080p/60fps on PS4 and 720p on PS3. [Source]
  • A Resident Evil 6 prequel comic has been confirmed for North American release, with the first of five volumes arriving in November. The prequel will show where the C-virus outbreak started, with Chris Redfield and the BSAA showing up when things get out of hand. [Via 1, 2, Source]
  • Following its first week in Japan with just 11,000 in sales, XSEED confirmed they have “no plans to localize Valhalla Knights 3 Gold.” [Via, Source]
  • The latest Call of Duty: Ghosts update also made it so that Operations are now active all at once. [Twitter]
  • In regards to Deception IV: Blood Ties, Tecmo Koei Europe recently said, “The game content is the same as the Japanese version, just the subtitles would be in English.” [Twitter]

  • The latest hotfix for Injustice: Gods Among Us fixed the following: Batgirl can no longer leave an invisible bola attached to the opponent, true combos started from a push block no longer do damage. They’re investigating the issue on PS4 and PC. [Source]

  • Already planned for PC later this year, Hidden Path Entertainment and 505 Games have announced that Defense Grid 2 will also release on the PS4 and Xbox One. This tower defense game doesn’t have a console release date yet. [Press Release]

  • Abyss Odyssey from ACE Team (Zeno ClashRock of Ages) is coming to the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC this Summer. A “procedurally generated action adventure title” that “takes its pedigree from fighting games,” here’s a trailer showing it off:

  • Namco Bandai showed off a new trailer for sandbox World War II shooter Enemy Front today. The game is scheduled to release this Summer for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC:

  • Possibly making all your dreams come true, Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn has a chance of being made, and a chance of coming to PS3, PS Vita, and PS4. Yes, it’s being crowd-funded over on IndieGoGo, with the PS3 stretch goal at $775,000, PS Vita at $960,000, and PS4 at $1.62 million. The campaign hasn’t exactly set the world on fire yet, so this may not actually come to PlayStation [Via]:
