After going live in Europe earlier today, the one-time use 10% PlayStation Network discount code is now live in North America until 9am PT/12pm ET on Monday, January 26.
Allowing you to purchase games and DLC, but not pre-orders, subscriptions for PlayStation Plus, Music Unlimited, PS Now and rental video content, here’s the codes you must enter at the checkout stage on PlayStation Store or the webstore:

As a note, you can’t use the discount on the PlayStation Vita, PlayStation TV, or PlayStation Portable Store, but instead must use the webstore.
The discount should also stack on the sales this week, which include Square Enix and 2K games and a big indie games Flash Sale.
