EA Canada and EA Redwood Shores will be hosting playtests for Star Wars: Battlefront on Friday, April 10, the company has announced. Online registrations for the event opened up on Wednesday, and it seems that the positions have already been filled, but EA said on its Facebook page that additional playtests are “very likely” to come in July. Those who are interested in taking part can register here.
Selected participants will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement, but will walk away with two free EA games of their choice after 3-4 hour sessions. We won’t get to see any gameplay either unless someone breaks the agreement. However, EA will reveal Battlefront‘s debut trailer this month during the Star Wars Celebration event on April 17.
Developed by DICE, Star Wars: Battlefront is coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. A release date has not been announced.
