Overkill’s The Walking Dead to Be Featured at E3, Now in “Full Production”

Overkill parent company Starbreeze Studios released an “Interim Report,” highlighting past financial successes and offering up some information on current and future projects.

In particular, the report mentions that Overkill’s and 505 Games’ The Walking Dead game will be showcased at E3, along with PayDay 2.

The upcoming weeks will be fully focused on our setup and planning for the E3 Expo in Los Angeles and to make sure it’s the historical event we envision. With a significant presence our ambition is to showcase both PAYDAY 2 and OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead.

A recent tweet from Starbreeze also mentions that The Walking Dead title will be featured at E3, and provides an image of a bust of a zombie lady to boot.

At the same time, the report explains that numerous projects, including “Geminose, Overkill’s The Walking Dead, and PayDay 2 DLC content is now in “full production,” hopefully meaning that The Walking Dead game will be ready for its 2016 release onto the PlayStation 4, the Xbox One, and the PC.

We’re continuing to build out our portfolio, now featuring PAYDAY 2, its downloadable content (DLC), OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead, Geminose and Storm, as well as the recently announced publishing project RAID: World War II. OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead, the PAYDAY 2 DLC’s and Geminose are now in full production.

What do you expect and want to hear about Overkill’s The Walking Dead title?
