New Mortal Kombat X DLC Confirmed for 2016, Will Include Fighters and Skins

Featuring the four fighters teased yesterday by Mortal Kombat Co-Creator Ed Boon, Warner Bros and NetherRealm Studios have confirmed that they are developing new DLC for Mortal Kombat X, which is currently the best-selling game of 2015 to-date at retail in the United States, according to the NPD.

Scheduled to arrive in the first half of 2016, NetherRealm is creating new playable characters, new skins, and a new environment for Mortal Kombat X. Despite speculation, Warner Bros didn’t announce a second Kombat Pack for the new content today.

Also, as we learned last week, Mortal Kombat X for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 has been cancelled due to quality concerns.

Who do you think/hope will be added to Mortal Kombat X in 2016?
