God of War and Twisted Metal creator David Jaffe has ruled out the possibility that his upcoming PS4 exclusive Drawn to Death will see a surprise release at PlayStation Experience next month.
Rumors had suggested that the notebook shooter would be unveiled as a “and you can play it right now” styled announcement, much like Entwined at last year’s E3. Here’s the official word from Jaffe:
Speculation that #DRAWNTODEATH launches during PSX is untrue. However, we do have good news!:) More info to come in the next 30-90min.

Revealed during last year’s PlayStation Experience, Drawn to Death is heavily stylized shooter that takes place entirely within a teenager’s defaced notebook. It’s an old school sensibility that carries over to the game’s trophy list, too, which was unveiled earlier today.
