Uncharted 4 Multiplayer Beta Goes Live Early on December 3 in Europe

Previously slated to begin on December 4, with Naughty Dog saying it would go live at varying times across the multiple regions, the Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End multiplayer beta for Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection owners will actually begin on December 3 at 5pm GMT in Europe, PlayStation announced today:

Naughty Dog hasn’t said when the beta will begin in North America on December 4, just that you’ll need to download a 7GB beta client file.

As for how you’ll access the beta, PlayStation Europe’s Fred Dutton said, “Look out for a live tile on your dash from 5pm tomorrow.”

Despite the beta being moved up a day in Europe, Dutton confirmed that it will end on December 13 as planned.

In the Twitch livestream yesterday, Naughty Dog revealed that the beta will be updated as necessary, progress won’t carry over to the full game, two maps will be included (full game has eight), Team Deathmatch will be the only mode (full game will have more), the match time limit is 12 minutes and kill limit is 35, and you’ll be able to earn Points/Relics to purchase items in the beta.

Naughty Dog also teased that they will add more content to Uncharted 4’s multiplayer after the game launches on March 18, 2016.
