Sega Saturn and PC visual novel Eve Burst Error is being revived for the PC and PlayStation Vita, under the creative new name Eve Burst Error R. At the time, there is no mention of its sequel, Eve The Lost One, which appeared on Saturn, PC and the original PlayStation. It will feature updated visuals and other quality-of-life tweaks.
This game is slated for an April 28 release in Japan. Foreign localization plans are of course not yet announced, but if it does go outside Japan, it’s unknown how much of its content will remain intact. The original game (at least the PC version) had some nudity being thrown around, which might not fly on Vita, because video games and cartoons are for children.
