Just a small bug fix patch, Minecraft update 1.26 is now live on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita, developer 4J Studios announced today.
Addressing a few different issues introduced with the previous update, here’s the full list of patch notes for update 1.26 on PlayStation platforms:
- Fixed Guardians no longer spawning after loading a save.
- Removed change that restricted changing to third-person camera while running or performing other actions.
- Removed changed that made sprint activation more sensitive.
- Fixed issue with Mushroom Block textures. (PS3 only)
The Xbox One (Content Update 23) and Xbox 360 (Title Update 35) also received the same update today.
If you haven’t played Minecraft this month, update 1.25 was released on April 6 and includes six new Trophies, new Minecart Sounds to Audio Settings, Huge Mushroom Blocks to the Creative and Superflat menus, improved sprint control, and a number of fixes to issues.
Are there any other changes you’d like 4J Studios to make to Minecraft?
