For the first time since The Last of Us Remastered in 2014, a Sony title repeated at #1 in the UK, with Ratchet & Clank dominating the chart once again, dropping by only 49% in its second week. Additionally, Ratchet & Clank enjoyed Sony’s 7th biggest first-party PS4 launch and gives Sony first-party exclusives eight weeks at #1, compared to Microsoft’s five weeks at #1 for first-party exclusives.
Other highlights from last week include Yo-Kai Watch as the only new release in 14th, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 rising 82% thanks to bundles and new DLC, and three-fourths of all titles in the top 40 increasing in sales thanks to the holiday promotions.
