Days Gone Will Be at E3 2017 “In a Big Way,” According to Voice Actor

We haven’t heard much about Sony Bend’s open-world action title Days Gone since last year when it was announced for PlayStation 4 and shown at the PS4 Pro presentation, but it looks like the game will be at E3 2017 “in a big way.”

According to actor Sam Witwer, who is voicing protagonist Deacon St. John, “Days Gone will be at E3 next month… in a big way. Days Gone is going to be there in a big way.” You can hear Witwer’s brief comment on Days Gone beginning at 13:25 of this recent Twitch stream.

This means we’ll likely see it on-stage during Sony’s E3 2017 press conference on Monday, June 12 at 6pm PT/9pm ET.

Days Gone is set in the high-desert of the Pacific Northwest, two years after a global pandemic killed most and transformed millions into mindless, feral creatures. During the original announcement, Sony Bend called Days Gone a “brand new original franchise.”

A release window hasn’t been given for Days Gone.
