Ubisoft Teases Ghost Recon: Wildlands Event Starring Predator

In a surprising reveal today, Ubisoft is teasing something for Ghost Recon: Wildlands called “The Hunt,” which promises to be a special event that will kick off in two days. The surprising thing about it, however, is that it seemingly is set to feature the iconic monster known as the Predator.

As you can tell from the trailer above, it seems like something is hunting people in the woods. The trailer gives us a look as one of many scared people in the jungle right as he’s captured by an unseen enemy. Shortly after, he’s strung upside down and swiftly killed. After that, we hear a series of what sounds like clicks, which many fans will know is the telltale language of the Predator. Not much is shown after that, but an exclusive first look is set to happen tomorrow over on Ubisoft’s Twitch channel at 12:00pm EST. Make sure to stay tuned for any updates when they go live.

In other Ghost Recon: Wildlands news, the game recently got a huge update to its PvP mode, Ghost War. The update includes two new classes, ranked play, and a bunch of other fine-tuning to the game. For a brief look at that, check out below:

  • Two new classes available in all PvP modes. These include the Pathfinder, a stealthy Ghost equipped with a deadly crossbow who is unmarkable by drones, as well as another new class that will be revealed prior to the launch of the update on December 14.
  • Ranked play, which will allow players and their squad to compete against others to reach the highest ranks.

Ghost Recon: Wildlands is now available.
