Beckley, WV is definitely in Fallout 76. While our adventure ended prematurely here, you can easily find it near Camden Park.
Camden Park exists in Fallout 76, though it's not surrounded by Huntington, WV. It does seem tied to a few quests, and is a smartly Fallout-ified version of the real deal.
Watoga, WV is in Fallout 76, and seems to be tied heavily to a corrupt politician. We encountered a ton of robot guards in our playthrough.
The inside of the Greenbrier Resort (named the Whitespings Golf Club, in-game) is surprisingly accurate!
The iconic New River Gorge Bridge is easily noticeable in a valley close to Vault 76.
