Every week, we see new PS4 and PS5 games grace the PlayStation Store. However, it’s not every week that we see a potential game of the year contender make its way to the digital storefront. The highly anticipated survival horror game, Resident Evil Requiem, is out today for PS5, and interested players can grab one of two editions on the PlayStation Store.
What is Resident Evil Requiem?
Developed and published by Capcom, Resident Evil Requiem is the ninth main entry of the iconic long-running horror video game series. Players will take on two roles: the new protagonist, Grace Ashcroft, and series veteran, Leon S. Kennedy. Grace’s sections will be in first-person by default and will be reminiscent of the gameplay of the two previous mainline entries, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard and Resident Evil Village. Leon’s sections will be in third-person and feature more action, similar to Resident Evil 4.

There are two editions of Resident Evil Requiem on the PS Store. The Standard Edition is $69.99 and just includes the base game. The Deluxe Edition costs $79.99 and includes a bit more extra goodies. Here is everything included in the Deluxe Edition:
