Exciting PlayStation 5 Racing Game Gets Gameplay Trailer, Pre-Orders Now Live

A highly anticipated PlayStation 5 racing game has a brand new gameplay trailer. The new entry of the game is another in a long line of a very popular series, and is out soon.

NASCAR 26 is available to pre-order now

iRacing Studios and Nascar’s upcoming game Nascar 26 is set to release on September 18, 2026, on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Ahead of its release, and with pre-orders officially kicking off for the game beginning today, a new trailer for the game is out.

Unlike last week’s trailer, which broke down some of the components of the game, this one is focused strictly on gameplay. The new trailer breaks down the sights and sounds of what it’ll be like racing around in the upcoming game. Check it out below:

Two editions of Nascar 26 will be available when the game comes out. A Standard Edition and a Gold Edition will be available on all platforms, with more information pricing, pre-orders, and what the Gold Edition contains released toward the end of the month with a brand new trailer. Gold Edition owners will receive three days early access, though.

“This year’s game, which features NASCAR star Kyle Larson as its cover driver, once again includes all four premier NASCAR series – the NASCAR Cup Series, Xfinity Series, Craftsman Truck Series, and ARCA Menards Series – with real drivers from each series, along with a groundbreaking new dynamic track feature that evolves over the course of every race weekend. Players will also find an improved Career Mode, online cross-platform multiplayer, and a host of other new features and enhancements including burnouts, an improved driving model, and more features to be announced via the gameplay trailer next week,” reads the game’s official description.

“Our fans told us they wanted iRacing Studios to build the next NASCAR console game, and they delivered,” said Nick Rend, Vice President of Interactive & Emerging Platforms at NASCAR. “The response to NASCAR 25reflected the momentum we’re seeing around NASCAR video games, and NASCAR 26 takes another meaningful step forward with improvements across the entire experience, from how the cars drive and tracks evolve to cross-platform play that brings the community together. This is the most complete and authentic NASCAR console game we have delivered.”
