PS5 players can now download a hit 2024 post-apocalyptic open-world action game for free via the PS Store. First launched on PC, Once Human is finally available on consoles, and PS5 players are already enjoying the title, if its PS Store rating is anything to go by.

Once Human is a multiplayer game in which players team up with friends to fight for survival while attempting to “unravel the truth behind the apocalypse.”
“Fight side by side with friends for survival resources, build your home territory, and overcome the terrifying unknown together as you uncover the truth behind the fall of the world,” an overview reads. “You were once human. Do you still hold the answer to what it means to be human?”
Since Once Human is free to play, it doesn’t require a PS Plus subscription. However, all members can claim an exclusive limited-time gift pack that includes a console-exclusive avatar and a one-month Meta Pass. The latter offers “daily treasure chests, multiple cosmetic trials, discount coupons, and Battle Pass XP Boosts.”
Paid add-ons are also available in various denominations.
Once Human already boasts a rating of 4.19/5 Stars on the PS Store.
