2023 PS5 Adventure Game Delisted From PS Store Without Notice

A fantastic 2023 PS5 and PS4 adventure game has been delisted from the PS Store without a warning, over a year after its developer shut down. Originally launched in 2019 as a Google Stadia-exclusive, Gylt is a narrative game by the now-defunct Tequila Works. The title was removed from the PS Store sometime over the last week.

Will PS5, PS4 adventure game Gylt return to the PS Store?

At the time of this writing, Gylt remains available for purchase on all other platforms, indicating that its removal from the PS Store could be temporary.

Our readers will recall that we warned them last April that Tequila Works’ games could be delisted because the studio’s IPs were being auctioned off. We’re guessing that Gylt has a new owner, so it has temporarily been removed from the PS Store to update the listing.

But since there’s no confirmation that this is the case, if you’re interested in any of Tequila Works remaining games on the PS Store, we highly recommend buying them now. Players can purchase the following for now:

  • RiME
  • Deadlight: Director’s Cut
  • The Invisible Hours
  • The Sexy Brutale (not listed in asset auction, published by Tequila Works, co-developed by Cavalier Game Studios/Tequila Works)

We’ll update our readers if Gylt returns to the PS Store.
