Rumor: Skyrim DLC Evidence Found In Patch Update File?

April 27, 2012 Written by Nick Michetti

Evidence may have been uncovered relating to DLC that may be coming for Bethesda’s best-selling fantasy RPG, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Bethesda Softworks forum user Karellan has uncovered directories relating to files for something called “DLC01” in the Patch 1.5.26 update file for the game. The directories reference snow elves, snow elf princes, vampires, crossbows, and something called “RF.” Based on their descriptions, the RF files may have something to do with character conversations or reactions, but the filenames don’t offer enough description to suggest what they might actually be.

Bethesda has not yet announced any specific details about DLC for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
