Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel Co-op Demo Bro-Fists Its Way to the PSN on March 12th

If you’re wary of spending your money on a new Army of Two game without trying it out, or just want to play it before you buy it on March 26th, you’ll be able to download the co-op demo starting on March 12th.

As you can guess, the demo is fully co-op and places you in control of main characters Alpha and Bravo as they try to rescue a kidnapped politician and settle a hostage situation. As you infiltrate the Cartel’s hideout, you’ll go from the bottom floor of a drug lab, to the rooftops of a sky rise, killing cartel members as you move through. You’ll then also have to split up from one another, with one of the characters going into battle head-on, while the other controls a helicopter’s mini gun.

Amazon.com and Wal-Mart USA are still offering a $20 credit when you pre-order The Devil’s Cartel from them, but if EA follows the same strategy they had with Dead Space 3 and Crysis 3, expect Army of Two to be on sale for $39.99 two weeks after launch.
