Square Enix Reveals E3 2016 Plans, Teases “Exciting” Tomb Raider News

In the first of several pre-E3 2016 blog updates, Square Enix revealed today that all of their announcements from the event will be discussed on their Square Enix Presents live show, which will be available for viewing on Twitch and YouTube:

We’ll be debriefing you on not only the latest news, but also providing a more in-depth look into our games throughout the entirety of E3. Expect to see content like developer interviews and exclusive live game demos. Suffice to say we’ll have some exciting guests from our Square Enix family throughout the conference. Some old and some new, but all will have really entertaining content to share with the fans.

As for demos at the event, Square Enix will have Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Hitman (third episode), Just Cause 3 (Land Mech Assault pack), Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness, and I Am Setsuna. Square Enix Collective’s The Turing Test and Black the Fall will also be playable.

Square Enix then teased that their next blog post will include more details on demos, as well as exciting Tomb Raider news:

We’ve got some other exciting demos lined up on the show floor, but we’ll save those updates for our Road To E3 Part 2 blog, which will feature some exciting Tomb Raider news and details on a few new games that our team has been hard at work on.

With Rise of the Tomb Raider set for a holiday 2016 release on PlayStation 4, it’s possible we’ll hear more about a release date soon.
