Resident Evil 7 biohazard Development Around 65 Percent Complete

Development on Resident Evil 7 biohazard is around 65 percent complete, according to Resident Evil Producer Kawada Masachika.

Word comes by way of Japanese magazine Famitsu — as relayed by WCCFTech — revealing that the horror sequel is well past the halfway point in anticipation of its release early next year.

Masachika went on to reveal that Capcom has another as-yet-unannounced title to reveal to coincide with the franchise’s much-touted 20th anniversary. Exactly what this Resident Evil title in question could be remains to be seen, though reports indicate the publisher could be on the verge of unveiling Resident Evil 2 remake.

Tell us, what are your hopes for the future of Resident Evil? Particularly now that it’s received a new lease of life in the aftermath of E3.

Resident Evil 7 biohazard is on course to launch on January 24, 2017.
