Update: Red Dead Revolver is now available in North America as well, priced at $14.99 USD.

Original Story: First released in Australia last month, then pulled shortly after, PlayStation 2 Classic Red Dead Revolver is now available for PlayStation 4 in Europe, priced at £11.99. Since Sony confirms its release on the PS Blog, don’t expect it to be taken down this time.

The PlayStation Store in North America will update shortly, and we’ll let you know if Red Dead Revolver for PS4 pops up. If it does, expect a $14.99 USD price tag.

A 2.2GB download, up-rendered in 1080p, and packing in the typical PS2 games on PS4 features such as Trophies and Remote Play, here’s the description for Red Dead Revolver:

Vast, rugged, and lawless. As a young man, you were helpless to prevent the slaughter of your family at the hands of bandits. Many years later, you live as a bounty hunter bringing criminals to justice, while struggling to unravel the mystery of your past. You must find those who murdered your family. Then, you will take your revenge.

A blazing arcade-style third person game fuelled by precision gunplay, Red Dead Revolver is a classic tale of vengeance on the untamed frontier.

Despite the higher price, Red Dead Revolver doesn’t include a Platinum Trophy. To get the one Gold Trophy, you’ll need to beat the game on Very Hard.

In other PS2 games on PS4 news, Ape Escape 3 was recently rated by the ESRB, suggesting a PS4 release is on the way. Currently, Ape Escape 2 is available on PS4.
