Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash Goes Gold

Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash producer, Kenichiro Takaki, has confirmed that the game has gone gold and is on track for its March release. In an interview with Gamer.ne.jp (translation via Gematsu) during a hands-on event, he said, “It has gone gold, so there won’t be a delay!”

Takaki also said that he’ll be revealing more about the game as it nears release, and plans to add collaboration characters to the upcoming water gun third-person shooter.

Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash is coming to the PlayStation 4 in Japan on March 16, complete with Limited Editions that include exclusive DLC. Back in October last year, Marvelous confirmed that it also plans to release the game in Western and Asian markets like previous entries in the Senran Kagura series. However, we have yet to hear more on that.

We’ll keep our eyes out for any announcements from Marvelous’ US subsidiary, XSEED Games, and keep you posted.
