SEGA has announced that Yakuza Kiwami is up for pre-order via the PlayStation Store and those who order now will be eligible to receive a free PlayStation 4 theme featuring Kazuma Kiryu and Akira Nishikiyama.
In addition to the above, the developer offered some more info on the Majima Everywhere system, which sees the character pop up in the game anywhere and at any time. We’re told that Kiryu’s most powerful fighting style, the Dragon of Dojima, can only be leveled up by fighting Majima so players will want to face him.
Don’t think you’ll get away with learning your foe’s moves, however. SEGA says that Majima is “rarely the same enemy twice” and is unpredictable. He retains all his battle styles from Yakuza 0 and they’re just as powerful so you’ll need to approach him differently each time.
Yakuza Kiwami releases on August 29 for the PlayStation 4 for $29.99. Physical pre-orders and early copies will come with a Steelbook.
