Halloween would have made sense to release the Ultimate Shoryuken Pack for Ryu, Ken, Dan, Gouken and Akuma, but why would a successful company do something that makes sense? You can buy this costume pack for the low, low price of $3.99. That translates to about 80 cents per costume, so that doesn’t seem like that bad of a deal unless you’re counting pennies at the counter.
