Vector Exterminates Leon Kennedy in Resident Evil Concept Art

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City has caused some heated zombie discussion around the net since it was announced. In this upcoming survival horror title by Capcom, we get to re-live the events of Resident Evil 2 and 3. However, this time around we’re in control of Umbrella Security Service (USS). What does this mean you might ask? Let’s just say we’re the bad guys, and not only will we be slaughtering survivors, but Leon Kennedy, one of the major protagonists for the series, will be considered our enemy. As you might expect, the title will be very dark and sinister, just like the new concept image that Capcom has released.

Below we have a controversial Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City concept art image that will be the feature for an upcoming gaming magazine. It depicts Leon being murdered by none other than Vector, an important member of the Umbrella Security Service.

So I ask to you Resident Evil fans, what do you think of this image above? Does the thought of the series breaking canon policy bother you? Or maybe you like playing the bad guy. Let us all know in the comments below.
