Naughty Dog enthusiasts have been clamoring for it for some time now, and it looks like their cries to Sony haven’t gone unheard as a Jak and Daxter HD Collection has been spotted at an online retailer’s website.
If you head over to BT Games’, you’ll see a listing for a Jak and Daxter HD Collection, a compilation of some of the best adventure platformers that graced the PlayStation 2. According to Digital Spy, the site had a detailed product page that listed the game for a January 2012 release. The alleged listing has since been removed.
Seeing has how Sony has yet to confirm the existence of such a collection, this report will have to remain a rumor for the time being. However, considering the franchise’s popularity, there’s a good chance we’ll see a collection featuring everyone’s favorite ottsel in the near future.
