Dengeki magazine has been the source of some interesting reports today, first that you might be able to get your UMD games on Vita for a small fee, and now that Square Enix will be providing monthly DLC for the upcoming Final Fantasy XIII-2.
The magazine sat down with Final Fantasy XIII-2 producer Yoshinori Kitase, who stated that each DLC will feature multiple items, and that gamers can expect one to two updates per month. Square Enix has already revealed ‘Boss Monster Omega’, which lets players take on Omega and recruit him to their party, as well as costumes for Noel and Sera, the game’s two main characters.
Kitase did not mention any pricing for the downloadable content but promised that it would be a good balance between how much they charge and the quality of content.
What do you think of DLC for Final Fantasy XIII-2 and what kind of content would you like to see Square Enix release every month?
