General News

  • Lost Planet 3 won’t be a Day 1 Digital title when it launches at the end of August. [PR Rep]
  • No further information was given, but Cameron Lee, Producer at BioWare, did say of save game imports on Dragon Age: Inquisition, “It will absolutely come across – your decisions carry [and] will matter.” [Via/Source]
  • Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time and PlayStation All-Stars on PS3 (which both include a downloadable PS Vita version thanks to Cross Buy) are $19.99 each at GameStop, with Amazon matching the PS All-Stars price. [Sly/All-Stars]
  • GameStop is offering two exclusive Black Mask challenge maps with the pre-order of Batman: Arkham Origins. [Product Page]
  • Amazon UK thinks that Strider will be a full priced retail game, instead of a downloadable one. [Amazon]
  • Chaos Rings, which you can now download through PlayStation Mobile on your PlayStation Vita, is $7.99, $1 cheaper than the regular iOS price. [Press Release]
  • The Dark Eye: Demonicon is coming to PS3 sometime in 2014. [Press Release]
  • Floating Cloud God Saves the Pilgrims in HD has been given a European PS Vita release date of August 7th for €3.59/£2.99. A North American release date should follow soon. [Source]
  • Australia’s four favorite PlayStation 2 games are Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Ratchet & Clank, Kingdom Hearts, and Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Legacy. [Twitter]
  • Nvidia’s next-gen mobile processor, Project Logan, is based on the Kepler architecture, which Nvidia claims is 1.6 times more powerful than a PlayStation 3. [Source]
  • If you haven’t downloaded it yet, patch 1.20 for Soul Sacrifice is now available, adding a new Fellow Sorcerer Chapter, alongside some multiplayer updates. [PS Vita]
