Next Mass Effect Game Will Feature New Alien Races, Gets New Concept Art

During the Mass Effect N7 Roundtable event that took place earlier today on Twitch, BioWare confirmed that the next Mass Effect title will feature new alien races and species that players can interact with.

Although details of these new races have not yet been announced, BioWare developers during the Roundtable event did note that each of the new alien races will have their own unique worlds and architecture, both of which can be explored either on foot or by using the Mako vehicle.

BioWare has also released a bunch of concept art for their upcoming game. The art shows off different parts of the Citadel, as well as some interesting images of space and desolate planets. The game developers made it clear that for this next Mass Effect game, they will be focusing on current-gen consoles and PC systems. This news comes after BioWare hinted at possibly bringing the Mass Effect Trilogy to current-gen systems.
