Mortal Kombat X Delayed on PS3, Xbox 360 Until Summer 2015

The rumor popped up earlier this week when neither the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 versions of Mortal Kombat X were mentioned in the Cage Family trailer, and today, Warner Bros has confirmed the delay.

Developed by High Voltage, the PS3 and 360 versions of MKX have been pushed from April 14 to an unspecified date this Summer, with the publisher telling Videogamer:

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today confirmed that the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Mortal Kombat X being developed by High Voltage Software will release this summer. The Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC versions will be available April 14.

Also, during their announcement of Jason Voorhees as a DLC character, Warner Bros offhandedly revealed that Kenshi and Shinnok will be in Mortal Kombat X.

What do you think of the delay?
