New Mortal Kombat X Gameplay Videos Revealed, Predator Leaked as DLC Guest Character

Essentially confirming the rumor from earlier this year, the Xbox Games Store put up a listing for the Mortal Kombat X Premium Edition this week, saying Predator joins Jason Voorhees as one of the DLC guest characters in the Kombat Pack Season Pass:

Kombat Pack grants early access to 4 new playable characters and skin packs. Stalk and slash your opponents as Horror Icon Jason Voorhees, or play as Predator, the Ultimate Hunter. Two Klassic Mortal Kombat characters complete the offer. Each playable character comes with a themed skin pack including three new skins for select characters. Also includes The Samurai Pack available on April 14th 2015.

During the livestream yesterday, NetherRealm showed off a bunch of gameplay for Mortal Kombat X, including the Kustom Kombat and Test Your Luck modes. While Test Your Luck uses randomized modifiers, Kustom Kombat allows you to select two of your own modifiers from a list:

As well, IGN noticed that a few modifiers hinted at Stryker, Smoke, Rain, Kabal, and Cyrax being playable characters within Mortal Kombat X.

Here’s a few more gameplay videos from yesterday:

Mortal Kombat X won’t arrive on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 until this Summer, while the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC versions launch on April 14 worldwide. You can see the full list of spoiler-filled achievements over here.
