DriveClub Update Today Improves Multiplayer Stability

Coming in at approximately 50MB and bringing the total size of all patches to just over 7.2GB, DriveClub update 1.13 is now available to download on PlayStation 4. According to Evolution Studios, this is “a maintenance update to improve stability for Multiplayer.”

In their previous roadmap for DriveClub, the developer said continual server upgrades to improve online stability were one of the top priorities and would enable them to eventually release the PlayStation Plus Edition and companion app. So far though, there’s still no release date for the PS+ Edition.

Meanwhile, the previous update, 1.12, enabled support for all the new DLC launching this week, which includes the Lamborghini Expansion Pack, Pacesetter Tour Pack, new livery packs, and the free Peugeot Onyx Concept.

Looking ahead to next month, Evolution said the update to fix wheel rotation settings is “in the final stages of development and testing.”

Have you noticed any improvements to DriveClub’s online play after installing update 1.13?
