Releasing on the same day as the Origins Collection, Capcom has announced that Resident Evil 0 will launch digitally on January 19, 2016 in North America and Europe for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC, priced at $19.99/€19.99/£15.99.
By pre-ordering Resident Evil 0 through the PlayStation Store, you’ll receive a theme and a costume pack, as Capcom explained:
The digital title contains not only the fully remastered game, but new features such as an alternate modern control system and brand new Wesker Mode, where players can face the challenges of the mansion playing as the infamous villain of the series.
Additionally, when pre-ordered on all platforms (except Xbox 360), you will receive an exclusive costume pack, which will see Billy armed as a member of Wolf Force, with Rebecca as a cheerleader. Alongside this, another bonus will be an in-game Resident Evil 0 t-shirt for Rebecca.
According to the PlayStation Store, Resident Evil 0 will be 11GB on PS4, and the game unlocks at 12am ET on January 19.
If you’d prefer to get Resident Evil 0 through retail, the Resident Evil Origins Collection bundles together Resident Evil and Resident Evil 0 when it launches on January 19 in North America and January 22 in Europe.
